Joel M. Schwartz, Attorney at Law
Mr. Schwartz received his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law and his LLM degree in Taxation from New York University. He is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the Trusts and Estates section of the New York State Bar Association. He has practiced in New York for the past 30 years, concentrating in the areas of estate planning; drafting of wills and trusts; handling estate administrations and disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.
 
Fred J. Cohen, Attorney at Law
Mr. Cohen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with Honors and in Political Science with Honors from Queens College. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Cohen is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He is a regular contributor to various publications on trusts and estates law, including the Ask the Expert column in Newsday and the Nassau Bar Review.
